You’re coming here to work out. And you’ll get a good one (it’s in the name). But what we’re really doing is helping you get stronger in a way that actually shows up in your life. Not just chasing bigger biceps or an 8-pack (those can come, but that’s not the point).

We focus on the basics — pushing, pulling, carrying, hinging, squatting — and doing them well. That’s the stuff your body uses every day. As your muscles get stronger, your bones do too. Over time, things become easier.  You move better, feel better, and yes, probably look a bit better too. And generally speaking, that’s the kind of thing that helps you live a longer, better life.

1-HOUR CONSULTATION

We’ll take a look at how you move through the basics — things like squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling. Nothing needs to be perfect.

We’re just figuring out where you’re at, what feels good, what doesn’t, and how to move forward safely.

MAP IT OUT

We’ll talk about your goals, how often you want to come in, and what feels realistic. Then we’ll put together a plan you can actually stick with.

KEEP IT GOING

From there, we’ll build your workouts around you. Each session starts with a warmup to get you moving well and feeling ready. Then we’ll work through the basics, gradually getting stronger over time.

We’ll change things up as needed so it stays interesting and keeps working.
